Five of this year’s graduates share their stories.

This year, as they prepared to graduate, five members of the Class of 2016 took time to reflect on their interests and share experiences they will take from their time at Harvard Law.

Harvard Law School’s Class Day festivities took place Wednesday on Holmes Field, in front of Langdell Library. Award-winning actor, producer, businesswoman and philanthropist Sarah Jessica Parker was the invited speaker for this year’s ceremonies.

Commencement exercises began early on Thursday, at 7:45 a.m., when the class marched with the dean to Tercentenary Theatre, where the University ceremony was held.

This year, a total of 769 degrees were conferred: 593 JDs, 167 LL.M.s, and 9 S.J.Ds.
