On December 6, an international panel of experts will gather to discuss the current state of corporate governance in the global marketplace. The discussion will focus on particular hypothetical situations related to recent problems involving investor trust and corporate scandals. The forum, “Mandating Integrity and Transparency: The Current State of Corporate Governance in the Global Marketplace,” is presented by HLS’s Program on International Financial Systems, along with Standard & Poor’s and BusinessWeek. The event is open to the public and will take place on Tuesday, December 6 from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm at the McGraw-Hill Auditorium in New York City.
