Joel Klein ’71, assistant attorney general in charge of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division and head attorney in the government’s recent victory against Microsoft, addressed a Harvard Law School Forum audience this spring. Klein spoke about the importance of antitrust enforcement in the new economy.
